USING THE SITE

The site is offered as it is, and we try to keep it available and accurate without promising either. All artwork, photography, music and the Simon Says logotype are protected: please do not reuse them without written permission.

TOUR DATES

Dates are published from the artist's booking calendar and may move or be cancelled. Tickets are sold by the venues and their ticketing partners, never here; their terms, and their refund rules, are the ones that apply to a ticket.

THIRD-PARTY NAMES

Labels, festivals, venues, radio stations and artists are named on this site as factual references to releases, performances and airplay. Those names remain the trademarks of their owners and are used for identification only. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim of endorsement or partnership.

LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect loss, or for a failure caused by you, by an unforeseeable third party or by force majeure. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

LAW AND DISPUTES

French law applies. Talk to us first, since most things are settled by email. If that fails, a consumer may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or refer the dispute free of charge to an approved consumer mediator, before going to court.
